Praline Pecan Pie From: Recipes and Reminiscences of New Orleans 1 prepared pie shell 1 pint praline pecan ice cream ½ pint whipping cream ½ teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon granulated sugar Bake pie shell in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cool and fill with softened ice cream. Freeze. Top with cream that has been whipped with the vanilla and sugar. Return to freezer until a few minutes before serving. Garnish with a small piece of praline candy.
