California Dreams
guess that's why, when I started searching for photos for this California page, I
naturally found my way to the state's coastline -- because, if I had it in mind to
do any California dreaming, that's where I'd always wind up.  -- Nancy
The photographs on this page were all taken along the California coastline.

I haven't been to California since I was a teenager, but some of the memories
of that trip are still very vivid.  One of the most striking experiences - and the most
memorable today - was the drive we took along the Pacific Coast Highway from Los
Angeles, north to Santa Maria.  The highway stretched and curved like a dazzling
