The Present Moment
There is, after all, only the present moment.  You can't measure time the
way you measure the distance between two points.  Human beings have
great difficulty in focusing on the present.  We're always thinking about
what we did, about how we could have done it better or about why we
didn't act as we should have.  Or we think about the future, what we're
going to do tomorrow or what difficulties await us around the corner.
We lose a great deal by continually concentrating on the past or on the
future, rather than the present irreplaceable moment.
