Build a Strongbox

Build for yourself a big strongbox,
Fashion each part with great care;
When it's strong as your hand can make it,
Put all of your troubles in there;
Place there your sadness and heartaches
(And add that many more by half!);
Then lock all your failures within it...
...And sit on the lid and laugh!
